1. Please be careful when choosing the size of your item. We have no control and accept no responsibility for the sizing you select. *Please check the provided size chart to ensure correct sizing*.

2. No returns, cancellations or exchanges on any orders for any reason. All orders are final. By checking the “I agree with the online sales policy” button and submitting your order you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Iternational orders will be shipped via Fedex. No P.O. Box shipping address. Please note that all orders will be shipped via UPS and FEDEX, therefore orders can not be delivered to a P.O. Box address. All shipments require a signature at time of delivery. UPS or FEDEX will make three delivery attempts. You are solely responsible for retrieval of your package.

4. If you select an invalid shipping option the least expensive shipping option for your location will be selected for you, i.e.: in the Continental US UPS Ground is the least expensive option. Estelle's Dressy Dresses is not responsible for your improper selection of shipping.

5. Colors vary by monitor and computer settings. Therefore Estelle's Dressy Dresses is not responsible for any variations in color due to monitors, fabrics, lighting, dye lots,

6. All of Estelle's Dressy Dresses merchandise is inspected by a quality assurance team. Your merchandise will arrive inspected and ready for your occasion.

7. Estelle's Dressy Dresses is not responsible for any repairs due to loose beads/appliques. Please note it is common to receive a dress with loose beads, therefore the dress can not be considered defective.

8. If you refuse or attempt to ship back an item to Estelle's Dressy Dresses store then you will be assessed with a 75% restocking fee, including all shipping fees, plus a $25 service charge and applicable taxes.

9. Due to our policy of privacy Estelle's Dressy Dresses will not speak to a third party about your order.

10. Please be aware that all order inquires to and from Estelle's Dressy Dresses will be made via email: sales@estellesdressydresses.com. Please provide an accurate email address. Estelle's Dressy Dresses is not responsible for the fact that you do not check your e-mail that often or internet interruptions by your internet provider.

11. Your merchandise will be shipped to you on or before your listed wear date. Please note that verbal and e-mailed delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates, and any change in delivery schedule is not the responsibility of Estelle's Dressy Dresses. If we are unable to provide you with the item you ordered within your time frame then your credit card will be refunded the full amount you paid.

12. No Rush Orders. All orders are processed within 2 business days and can not be altered in any way, including shipping, billing, dress size, color, or wear date information. All information must be filled out at the time of placing your order. Any incorrect information can lead to a delay in shipping and or additional shipping fees and is not the responsibility of Estelle's Dressy Dresses.

13. All sales from our website can not be picked up from our store in Farmingdale, all sales MUST be shipped by whatever shipping and processing option that you choose. Any merchandise purchased from our website can not be return to our Farmingdale location store.

Order Notification

After you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation containing the details of your order. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with the estimated delivery time. When your order is shipped you will receive a notification email with the tracking number of your shipment. Please note that if your order has more than 1 item you may receive multiples shipment. In the event that one or more items ordered are not available we will only process the order on the ones that are available. All items are subject to availability

Sale Tax

All orders are shipped out of New York State. New York State sales tax is applied only to orders shipped within New York State.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card information must match billing address. Estelle's Dressy Dresses accepts the following credit cards as the only form of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. Estelle's Dressy Dresses does not accept personal checks, certified checks or COD, and Store Credits as a form of payments.

Shipping Info

Orders must be placed between Monday and Friday. Any orders placed on the weekend will not be answered/placed until the next business day.

We are not responsible once the merchandise leaves the warehouse.
