Estelle’s Store Policy
Estelle's wants you to love your purchase! Due to the coronavirus health emergency, we have temporarily suspended our refund and return policies. To ensure the health and safety of our customers:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!
We gladly hold layaways for one week. Dresses picked up after this time are FINAL SALE.
Deposits are refundable in the same original method of payment within 7 seven days ONLY!
ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE!
Special Order deposits are not refundable. Special Order deposits do not guarantee item availability.
If Special Order is not available, the full refund will be issued.
We are not responsible for dry cleaning damages, alterations and/or lost Gift Certificates or Gift Cards!
Due to the delicate nature of the material of our dresses, we are not responsible for any missing
stones/beads or any kind of damage after the dress has been worn.
By signing, I also acknowledge that I am satisfied with the condition of the items

TEMPORARY COVID-19 PROM POLICY
Being in the prom business for over 28 years, we understand the hesitation and uncertainty at this time.
In efforts to show that we truly care and value our customers, we are offering store credit on
final sale items to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.
Thank you for understanding and your continued loyalty.
While all prom dress purchases are final sale, we take into consideration the uncertainty
of proms being cancelled. In light of these unprecedented circumstances,
Estelle’s will allow a temporary covid-19 prom policy.
ONLY IF YOUR PROM IS CANCELLED,
all unworn and unaltered prom dresses purchased between
December 1st, 2020 – April 30th, 2021 are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
All hangers, tickets, and red tags must be attached
(accompanied by the original receipt.)
Dresses with signs of wear or alteration are not eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Store credit will be issued in the form of an Estelle’s gift card (and does not expire.)
This policy will only apply to PROM 2021 EVENT purchases.
Regular terms of purchase apply for all items purchased after April 30th, 2021.
There are absolutely no refunds.
