Estelle's is seeking candidates for Fashion Coordinators & Sales Associates / Floor Associates.

Estelle's is a 37,000-square-foot retail store, specializing in dresses for a variety of occasions, including Prom, Bridal, Sweet 16/Quinceanera, Mother of the Bride/Groom, Cocktail, and more. In addition, we have expansive shoe, accessory and children's departments. We offer a pleasant working environment in which every employee is expected to provide input for improvements and changes. Sales Associates / Floor Associates

As Sales Person, this position will be responsible for assisting customers in the store and the dressing rooms.
Assorting and fixing merchandise in racks and displays. Reporting and working with management and complete any task assigned by his/her supervisor. We offer flexible schedules. This could be Full Time or Part Time position and candidates must be able to work evenings and weekends. Retail and Customer Service experience required. Experience in Fashion and Clothing a plus.

Fashion Coordinator

As a personal shopper, which we like to call "Fashion Coordinator", this position will be responsible for providing an unforgettable pleasant shopping experience to our costumers, where all your fashion knowledge and skills are put to the task, and where fashion trends, seasons, colors, styles and other elements become your instrument to transform each and every customer you assist to a piece of art. Based on the customer's occasion or event and other factors, you will help them pick the right dress and accessories, and meeting and going over their expectations.
This position could be part time and full time as well. must be able to work evenings and weekends. Must have experience in sales, fashion and trends background or knowledge a plus. Customer service, people and communication skills. Must have some flexible hours, and willing to do other tasks. Be a team player and have good attitude.
